Our team includes performance technologists, instructional designers, writers, editors, graphic designers, production specialists, and a technology manager. In addition, we work with a network of outside resources when necessary to assemble the right project team for each client opportunity. We have significant experience developing training and performance improvement programs. Our professional skills include needs analysis, instructional design and development, training evaluation, and return-on-investment consulting. We have worked on a variety of global performance improvement programs, including initiatives around professional services sales, business operations programs, project management, and management training. In addition, we have helped both large and small companies develop new and streamline existing business processes; manage change from the organizational to the individual level; and create and manage new business opportunities. When our clients need help getting from Point A to Point B, we build methodologies and tools to bridge the gap. Many of our team members have graduate degrees and are members of the International Society for Performance Improvement and the American Society for Training and Development.
