Vantedge Performance Group can evaluate all types of performance programs at any level. We use the following chart, from Jack Phillip's 1997 book Return on Investment in training and performance improvement programs, to define the levels of evaluation.

Level Description
1. Reaction, Satisfaction, and Planned Action Measures participant's reaction to the program and outlines specific plans for implementation.
2. Learning Measures skills, knowledge, or attitude changes.
3. Job Application Measures changes in behaviors on the job and specific applications of the training material.
4. Business Results Measures business impact of the program.
5. Return on Investment Compares the monetary value of the results with the costs for the program, usually expressed as a percentage.

We can build evaluation measurement into any programs we design for you. Or, as an objective, third-party resource, we can measure programs that you have already designed and deployed with another partner.
